Tribeca Health & Fitness now offers FREE Zumba Fitness/Express classes on tues and thur @ 730am and also @ 1215pm.We also have a 30 minutes stretch and tone class after the am classes.Monday morning @ 7am we offer cardio-kickboxing FREE with a stretch and tone class after that also.Coming this September we will be offering Krav Maga and MMA classes in the evenings.Come on by and check us out...............
