Satisfied with the new roof by Universal Home Improvement. Competitive price and quality workmanship. Their guys were obviously expert carpenters,, repairing wood damage as well as correcting some drainage problems and carefully and expertly reusing and replacing the existing gutters. Also, covered all the ground and shrubs with tarps before stripping the old roof to catch all the nails and debris, and did an excellent cleanup after. and the new roof is beautiful. Definitely would recommend these guys!

I cant say enough good things about this company. I had them Paint the exterior of my rental home that was just beaten up buy the tenants and needed a lot of work. I was referred by a property manager friend of mine that uses them to do all of there Roofing, Painting…. I had them install new Vinyl Siding and new Vinyl Windows and paint the entire inside of that home and it turned out fantastic. Mark the owner was very professional and helped me a lot. Universal Home Improvements you’re my hero Sincerely

Love this company! A good friend that had them install a new roof and paint their home referred me to Universal Home Improvements since they were so happy; I decided to give them a try. I first had them install a new laminated shingle roof and it turned out great and boy am I fussy. Since they did such a good job on my roof and just had them back to paint and install new vinyl windows. The owner mark was great he helped me pick all the colors and cleaned up everyday. Thanks Universal for a great Job!
