I've been here several times and the doctors are very nice, but the receptionists (both on the phone and in person) are extremely rude. For example, I had a serious infection that needs to be treated urgently - if it wasn't, it could've lead to much worse, long-term problems. Not only was the medication that I was originally perscribed not working, but the symptoms were getting consistently worse. When I called to speak with the doctor about changing my medication, I was told he was with a patient and would call when he was done. 2 1/2 hours later, I was still in pain and had received zero response. Upon calling again to ask when I would be hearing from the physician, the woman on the phone practically hung up on me after saying he would call when he was done. I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional way before by anyone at a facility that is responsible for the health of an individual. Also, they don't seem to turn their "Office is Closed" phone message off until long after the office has been open. So if you have an emergency or need immediate medical attention, their reliability to treat someone cannot not always be counted on. If you're willing to deal with rude staff (..if they answer the phone), then I would only recommend this facility to someone with an emergency.
