Van Dyke is possibly the worst lawyer allowed to practice in Maine. You can read for yourself in the site www.lyinglawyers.com and judge for yourself. Van Dyke and his firm, Berman & Simmons, were required by the Fee Arbitration Committee to refund nearly $13,000 in fees to one client. Shortly after that Ruling Van Dyke's association with Berman & Simmons was terminated.
