VIP Car Wash and Lube

BEWARE

I went to VIP for an oil change and they told me I was due for a transmission fluid change as well - my car had 46000 miles. So I said OK. A couple of months later I went for a routine oil change and they checked the transmission fluid and told me the same thing, I need a transmission fluid change. I told them I just had one done by them and they said they did not have a record and my transmission fluid was never changed at all. I had VIP's receipt and an Amex record, and they still said I did not have this work done. My credit card is disputing the charge.
Do not get any expensive work done here cuz they will scam you. You think that machine flushes out old fluid - think again.
