About us

Waggins West Dog Training and Behavior Consulting, LLC was established to provide Denver area dog owners with behavioral science-based, positive-reinforcement training as the more effective alternative to detrimental, punishment-based techniques. Dianna is a professional member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, and is a founding member/Certified Dog Behavior Consultant through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. Dianna continues to attend educational workshops and seminars to keep herself current in behavioral research, as well as to offer customers the most recent positive training techniques and methods in the industry. Dianna has served as a trainer and behavior consultant for 5 regional breed rescue organizations, working on behavior issues for fosters and potential adopters, and two human/dog related non-profits, training service dogs for public assess work. As an experienced and fully qualified dog trainer, Dianna is one of the co-founders, and currently serves as President of the American Treibball Association, and is the author of the book: Get the Ball Rolling: A Step by Step Guide to Training for Treibball.
