Waltham Pest Control

Our building has had an account with Waltham for several years and we have been very satisfied with the results of the poison and have been impressed by the punctuality and service of the service men. Our only complaint has to do with the way service is scheduled: Waltham would call us the day before service and would tell us when we had to be around to let the service men in. This is inconvenient for anyone who does not happen to work at home or have extremely flexible hours. When we raised this concern to Waltham, we were told that it would be our responsibility to call Waltham to set up our quarterly visits. However, if we were a little late in doing so, Waltham would try to hike the prices on us. Simply put, this company needs a better way of scheduling appointments. One idea might be calling people a few days in advance instead of the night before. When we made this suggestion to the company we were told that such would be "impossible." In short, we feel that we've traded in one kind of pest for another.
