About us
With a high weight of 555lbs, Peter Cosentino gave everything he had to change his life. Slowly but surely the weight came off and his body began transforming. To this date Peter has lost over 300lbs.
During his transformation Peter fell in love with fitness and knew it was my calling in life. I made it my mission to learn the skills to help others. Peter is now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, offering his experience to help others through Wellness 300.
Wellness 300 specializes in personal and online training with personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. Through app based training, we provide a fully customized personal training experience.
