Spent $72,690 with Wesson for a top-of-the-line, large-house system. They've come out 14 times in less than two years to fix it. Never worked right. Then they blame me for the problems - saying it's my fault for not paying them an extra $1529 per year for a maintenance contract.

How does a twice-a-year-visit maintenance contract fix a system that breaks every 6 weeks? And why do I have to pay extra to "maintain" a system that never worked right from the start? I'd gladly have paid them to "maintain" if they ever got it to work right in the first place.

We were a loyal customer to Wesson for many years and ~5 of our friends and family have had Wesson install systems for them after our recommendation. Never again. Customers may have loyalty to Wesson, but Wesson has no loyalty to customers. They went from great to "the customer is always wrong" over the last 10 years.

I have to say that John Bandur at Wesson is excellent and one of the best people I've ever met in this industry. Unfortunately, we've been dealing with the owner for the last two years - he seems to be sure he never does anything wrong and feels ok making snarky comments to others about his own customers. Best of luck to you John, and thank you for the excellent work over the years.
