Westchester Martial Arts Academy is the best place for you you train! There are classes for adults and kids training in arts including Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Muay Thai, and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The head instructors Guro Chuck and Guru Kara have trained extensively in these arts and teach these skills to us at each class. Join WMAA and you will learn martial arts and improve your health and conditioning at the same time!!!

Kickboxing helps not only with my physical health but my mental health with my self-confidence and motivation. The instructors at WMAA are great! They definitely help you reach your goal and motivate you without pushing too hard. The class is intense and high energy but caters to everyone of all fitness levels and it is more fun than going to gym and working out by yourself. It's exactly what I like and needed because just when you fell you can't go anymore, there's someone there assuring you don't give up.
