Westfield Tailors

Fine for general alterations but don't contract with them to have anything made. Although claiming to make suits etc... they obviously don't do enough of it to employ a system or production schedule. I was measured for a suit that was promised within a month and up to three months later still not ready. My event was imminent and I had to cancel this suit and buy from a dept. store. Now over four months l there has still been no response to my request for a refund. Very poor business/customer service sense. Will no longer go to Westfield Tailors for any reason.
