Never use Winter-Coronado Associates.

It started well enough. Carlos Coronado and Jeff Winter gave me an estimate for my project and we signed a contract.

As the project deadline approached, Carlos Coronado came to me asking for tens of thousands of dollars over and above the contract price because Carlos Coronado said Winter-Coronado Associates had underestimated the cost of the project.

I gave Winter-Coronado Associates the extra money because I wanted my house finished.

Then, after my family moved back in, the house failed inspection. Carlos Coronado comes back after a vacation to Peru demanding $35,000 more or Winter-Coronado Associates won’t finish my house.

That is where we stand today.

I would like to attach pictures so you understand the severity of my warning. Do NOT use these guys. They are not honest. They will take your money, take more money, and then leave you with an incomplete house with terrible workmanship.
