Worrell's Lockout Service in Fort Wayne is dishonest and inept.
Had these guys out to jump my car during this weeks ice age. My hood was frozen shut, while attempting to open my hood the employee dented both quarter panels numerous times, chipped the paint on the front edge of my hood, cracked my grille and managed to break the hood release latch inside my car. He never got the hood open, just said he had to leave and he'd be back later in the day to try again - it never happened. Called the owner twice to discuss compensation to NO avail. I wouldn't use them for ANYTHING ever again.
