I came home at night to a plumbing emergency, and I frantically searched for a plumber online to help me immediately. After calling four different plumbing companies, all of which did not answer, or would not come out until the next day, I found Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services in Westbury, Houston. The plumber was at my door in less than an hour. His service is top-notch, and despite of the emergency, I didn't feel taken advantage of with his prices. He has earned my business for life.

I love Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services! I never thought in a million years I would be writing about plumbers but these guys were so great I couldn't resist. I am totally inept when it comes to things about the house-plumbing, wiring, I have no clue. So when I got a frantic email from my downstairs neighbor that there was a serious leak in the building I had no clue what to do.
I was standing on the platform trying to find a plumber when my friend texted me the number for Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services. She said they got good reviews on the Internet. From the first second, I called these guys were so amazing! I was trying to explain that I didn't know what was wrong just they we some kind of water leak. They were extremely patient with me and agreed to head to my building and wait for me. They arrived quickly and were so easy to work with. 2 plumbers investigated the problem, they explained everything to us. They fixed the problem and then tripled checked it! The whole time they were completely professional, extremely friendly and made me feel like it really was no big deal. I put their number in my phone as my go to guys for ALL plumbing related issues in our building.

It should be called Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services! We wanted a disposal installed and they sent out a nice guy who's been a plumber for a long time. The underside of our sink was a little tricky but he attacked it with no problem. An hour later and we had a disposal installed and the plumber gave us some tips to keep everything running smoothly. I will never go anywhere else for a plumber...

I highly recommend Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services. First of all they were on time, no waiting. They gave me a quote of the cost, in writing of how much the repair would be, and even though my job became more work than just a drain clean out there was no extra charge other than the cost of the part. The price was extremely fair and the work was impeccable. In fact I was even contacted later to make sure all was well. If that is not excellent service especially in this day and age of overpriced, overworked, impersonal, under qualified businesses I don't know what is.

We had a gas pipe for a kitchen range installed by Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services and we are pleased with both the neat job they did and the estimate. The plumber did a fabulous job (and didn't mind how late he worked to get the job done). He explained all the materials needed and we agreed. There were no hidden costs. Honestly, I would use them again for ANY of our plumbing needs. This was a very pleasant experience.

They installed a new gas hot water heater in my garage at an excellent price. I called 5 other plumbing companies in Houston and Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services offered the best price. They did a very good job. They even cleaned and repaired the stand that the tank was sitting on. It was all rusty and dirty from the old water heater leaks. Excellent service.

I recently purchased a property in Houston on a water meter and the water main was leaking, causing hundreds of dollars increase in my water bill. I called this company in for an estimate. The plumber was on time, inspected and located the leak and gave me an affordable price to replace the water main in my front garden. They finished the job in one day and left my front garden looking almost like before. I certainly recommend Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services as an affordable, honest local plumbing company.

They replaced my water heater and added a drain pan along with new copper piping and new ball valves to the recirculating pump. Also repaired and repainted area where water heater had leaked which surprised me. They provided me with an honest, professional and courteous service which is rare here in Houston. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past and wasn't happy with any of them. From now on, Y & B Plumbing & Drain Services are the only company I will be calling. Give them a call!
