The Zenith Behavioral Health, located in the heart of Phoenix, AZ, offers a recovery-focused and person-centered integrated model of care for Adolescents and Adults. The Adolescent Program offers a secured residential program for ages 13-17 with psychiatric, behavioral and/or substance abuse disorders. The Adult Program offers detox, residential and acute psychiatric stabilization. AHCCCS and commercial insurances accepted.
