Inside Sales Positions at CitySquares Online, Inc.

Citysquares is seeking to expand our inside sales team. Our ideal candidate is positive, assertive and able to present our products and services with absolute certainty that they are the best in the marketplace. Previous experience in sales is a must. You must be energized by setting and reaching stretch targets, and have the ability to engage others with your natural enthusiasm. Your friends think of you as a positive, and somewhat impatient person, who likes to make deals based on investment and return. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify, and convert new business
  • Develop and take ownership of customer relationships
  • Provide pricing, quotes and assistance over the phone and through email
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data
  • Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals and quotas

Requirements

  • Experienced with Windows and Microsoft Office and web browsers
  • Working knowledge and experience with the internet, especially Internet community and social media sites
  • Experience in selling to small businesses a huge plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to an overall team goal
  • Results driven and goal oriented
  • Passion, guts, and a sense of humor
