I would not trust these liars and cheats to fix my lawn mower let alone my Subaru. I have a '96 Subaru Outback which is admittedly old. However, I brought my car in for a simple issue which snowballed into a slew of problems. Originally my problem was that the car would not start. I brought the car in and they talked me into a major tune up in addition to solving the problem. My thought was that the alternator and battery were the problem. Not so. They sold me a new cam and crank sensor. Problem solved? Right. Two weeks later, the car died on my wife leaving her stranded and she had to have the car towed to the dealership. She was told that they plugged the car into "the machine" and it told them the alternator and battery were dead. Wait, wasn't that the original problem? So they replaced the battery and alternator. One week after they fixed the alternator and battery, the car suddenly started making a clunking noise from the front axle. Back to the dealership. Apparently my axle is bad and needs to be replaced. To date, I've sunk $2,400 into the car and now need to invest an additional $400! I have a strong suspicion that these guys are "creating" their own business. The fact that my car spontaneously started breaking down after servicing is highly suspicious. The best part is that the sales people were like flies on you-know-what when my wife was there getting the alternator and battery repaired. Stay away from these fools!
