Terrible, unfair return policy! I brought shoes back, never worn, because they were unwearable, they were so uncomfortable! To my surprise, they only give store credit and refused to take it off of my credit card. In MA the seller does have the right to decide what is the store policy, BUT this does NOT make it right. As a consumer, if I am not happy with my purchase, I should be able to return the item if it is unused. The owner was short with me and kept saying that it was store policy, no exceptions. I tried to explain I was moving and I wouldn't be able to use the credit!(Did I mention I was 7 months pregnant and with my young son.) It was NOT clear in the store or on my receipt of this policy. I gave my store credit to someone else because I will not support a business that does not accommodate it’s loyal customers!
