About us
Burnt Barrel Brewery & Distillery is Lake Saint Louis' premier small-batch meadery and distillery, established in 20223. We craft unique mead varieties using real fruit, premium spirits aged in specialty barrels, and craft beer in a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere where customers become friends. Our 1,200 sq ft taproom hosts cocktail classes, food pairings, and events. Popular offerings include Sunshine mead, Lemonade Stand-off vodka, and our $20 pizza & beer special. Located at 730 Lakeside Plaza. Open Thu-Fri 2-8pm, Sat 12-8pm, Sun 12-6pm. Experience authentic craft beverages in Missouri's friendliest taproom.
