About us
Energize Testosterone & Wellness Center is a functional and integrative practice welcoming men and women for personalized care in O’Fallon, Missouri. Nurse practitioner and founder Jennifer McElfresh, MSN, APN-BC, compassionately listens to every patient’s needs in order to tailor their care plans accordingly. Through years of experience, she’s learned the value of care individualization and a close patient/provider relationship.
Jennifer began her medical career at age 18 as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy. She then attended Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, for her bachelor’s degree, physician assistant studies, and accelerated nursing program.
