About us
We at Fortitude Mental Health Counseling, provide compassionate, person-centered mental health care. We create a comfortable, safe environment for people to share their stories, process pain and develop a healthy sense of self and the ability to cope with life’s adversities. We provide both in-person and telehealth sessions to help clients, including adults and adolescents, navigate mental health challenges, relationship issues, and personal growth. Our services are stigma-free, focusing on developing healthy communication, coping skills, and strong, fulfilling relationships.
