About us
Grace & Movement is a faith based institution that provides Dance, Fitness, and Art classes/therapy. Our mission is to Bring the Arts Back to Christ by cultivating talents and taking care of our bodies in an encouraging, and uplifting setting. We not only encourage those who join our courses and classes, but we also support others outside of our doors as well. A large percent of our profits go towards the rescuing and aftercare of those who have suffered from human trafficking, and our heart is for those who have lived through trauma and hindered lifestyles. Grace & Movement is truly an active step towards the right direction for the well-being of those near and far.
