Committed to Excellence Mr. Grzybowski retired from OSHA in July 2023 where he most recently served as Assistant Area Director for OSHA’s Birmingham Area Office with responsibilities for the 30 northern counties of Alabama. He is skilled a professional investigator who has conducted formal internal, domestic, and international investigations into matters including safety, national security, terrorism, employee misconduct, fraud, and misappropriation of equipment.
