About us
Jerome is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, and a National Certified Counselor. He holds a Master’s in Community Counseling from Wilmington University and has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient clinics, hospital behavioral health units, and private practice. He is contracted with Maryland Circuit Courts for custody evaluations, parent coordination, mediation, and reunification therapy.
