About us
Dr. Myriam Vega Gonzalez’s practice focuses on general medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys both adult and pediatric dermatology, and she has a special interest in ethnic skin, tropical dermatology and skin cancer prevention. Dr. Vega Gonzalez earned her medical degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in her native Colombia where she also completed her first residency in dermatology. She moved to the U.S., with her family, earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of Arizona, and subsequently completed a U.S., accredited residency in dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia
