On-Site Mold Analysis provides Mold Inspections with Laboratory Analysis, since 2002.

Licensed by the State of Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance and is fully insured.

Our team of Certified Mold Inspectors come to your property, take temperature, humidity and moisture readings, with complete photo documentation. Based upon or visual inspection and the various readings we then take multiple surface and air samples. After the samples have been examined by our experienced staff of Microbiologists, we then issue a comprehensive inspection report.
This informs you if the property has elevated levels of mold, (or not).
If elevated mold levels are discovered, the report explains where the mold contamination was found, what types of mold have been found and how elevated the contamination was, at the time of inspection.
You are also given a complete remediation protocol plan, which details exactly what should be done in order to alleviate the situation, (which is needed to proceed with your insurance claim, as well as, by a mold remediator to begin their work).
