About us
The original 1988 purpose of the Orange Crush Festival was to serve as a spring beach gathering for Savannah State University students, work as a civil rights movement against discrimination and lack of inclusion as early as the 1950’s. It was permitted in 1988 on Tybee Island, providing a social event for students to come together and celebrate near the end of the academic year. With the Trademark in 2021 and Permitting of Orange Crush Festival in 2025, the purpose has expanded to not only the beach music festival on Tybee but also all classes of its 2021 & 2025 federally trademarked incorporation including but not limited to operations of business and services with Government entities, local municipalities, colleges & universities.
