Hello! my name is Ms. Urania C Whitaker. CEO & Founder of this company and I want to welcome you to my website! As a notary loan signing agent, I understand that an incomplete signing or signings full of errors can cost a mortgage office a rate lock, a buyer to miss a closing of escrow and anyone involved a problem. This is why I make sure I don't miss dates, initials or signatures. I actually walk a borrower through every important document. I make sure a borrower knows what they're signing by guiding them through the loan docs. I make sure the borrower initials any corrections to make sure that the signatures and dates are neat and that companies are able to read it clearly. Each form will come back completed and filled out, rather its a PCOR, statement of information, trust certification or disbursement of proceeds.
