Studio 531 is a step (or more) above your normal gym experience. With qualified & friendly trainers, we strive to make your experience both enjoyable and effective.
With a focus on small group training, our program is designed to provide a total body workout in an efficient one hour session. Each session is unique, and meticulously designed by Quentin. His goal is to provide each client with the tools to be functionally fit, feel good & look good. With an eye for technique, safety is always his number one goal, with friendship, fun and companionship coming in a close second.
The trainers at 531 are constantly involved in continuing their education in order to bring new and fresh ideas. First session is always free, so what have you got to lose?
