Utopia Management Inc introduced me to 3 sets of prospective tenants who all applied to rent my property. They keep me informed of progress at ever stage. Staff is polite, very friendly and very easy to talk to which takes the stress out of the business side. Whenever I call the office they answers my queries in full, putting my mind at ease.

I was approached by Utopia Management Inc. and their letting service that they could offer me. I spoke to a one of a team member who explained fees and potential tenants he had for my property. I agreed to go ahead with them and within an hour they had 6 viewings for that evening. He made it simple for me and made Utopia Management Inc. an easy choice. Utopia Management Inc. helps to manage and to let my property above. The property manager is very helpful in dealing with difficult tenants and the letting agents are very good in securing new tenants with good rentals in a very short time. Very good communications and good cooperation between the manager and the agents.

When looking for a tenant, my current agent didn't find anyone by the time it was empty so I contacted Utopia Management Inc. after they sent me a letter and I had a tenant moved in within 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Andrew's professionalism and his active approach; he worked very quickly and had a tenant lines up ready to view an hour after his team mate had come round to value it!
