Kloud9 is a full-service provider of computer support and telephone services. We offer low monthly rates for our managed IT services, which can support all scales of business, from a small four person office to large businesses that support 200 users.

I have been with Kloud9IT for the past year and I am so happy that I did. The customer service is always friendly, and the IT support is top notch. They provide low-cost, reliable, high-performing hosting that really helps customers focus on their business instead of their IT infrastructure.
They have enough staff to send someone onsite to repair or replace components. They are also very responsive to IT support tickets. All IT Companies have an auto-reply, but most are much slower to respond. Kloud9IT always responds quickly to service ticket requests.
I have worked with a lot of different IT service companies. I am a very early adopter, and this can cause friction with a lot of IT service companies that don’t want the hassle. Kloud9IT just rolled with everything I threw at them.
Responsiveness is the best thing. When your client has an issue, respond promptly and with empathy with the appropriate attention and urgency. That’s what really matters. Also, what I look for in any IT resource is that they are continually scanning the IT environment and coming to me with ideas. Kloud9IT certainly does that.
