All In One:
I called your company twice prior to my event to confirm the specific nemo-themed bounce house and tent size. Due to having a small yard and in-ground swimming pool, I was very specific with the tent size needed. I requested a 20x30 single tent. (See invoice enclosed)
On Friday May 17th, a representative from your company called to confirm my party for Saturday May 18th. I had to inform them that they had the wrong date, which ultimately caused frustration and concern. I quickly re-confirmed my event for Sunday and requested a 9am arrival time. I had informed your representative that the event was scheduled to start at 1pm and to please arrive on time to allow ample time for setting tables and decorations under the tented area. Please see the enclosed invoice where your company indicated: “cannot be late”.
On the morning of the event your driver arrived...
