At Erbaluce, Chef Charles Draghi uses the freshest of ingredients to create a new menu daily using local suppliers whenever possible. Drawing from his Italian heritage, Draghi creates light flavorful dishes. Instead of butter or cream, the dishes at Erbaluce are created with herbs and flavor infused liquids. An award winning hand picked wine list is also available at Erbaluce.
