The store was very clean and everything looked great. When I chose a cake and asked the sales person to write Happy birthday on the cake and she refused saying that she could only write on different cakes. (this cake had the same flat surface area) I asked to speak to the mananger and was told he was on the phone and would not change the policy. In my disbelief I left without buying the cake. In my 40 years on this planet this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered and now know why the store was empty
