I called Liberty All Floor Care because I heard from a friend they did a good job on his carpets. The lady I spoke to told me that a technician could come out by the end of the week. She also was upfront and informed me that the technicians would be able to give me a quote based on my floor situation with my spots and that it would all be up to me to accept it. I gave them the ok. The Liberty all floor care men came and after looking at my 3 rooms, they gave me an estimate. I was fine with the price. The men told me it would take couple of hours to completely dry. It looked cleaner and I recommend then.
