I feel like I have a new carpet. I am beyond ecstatic with the job they have done. My neighbor saw how great of a job they did that she asked if they can clean her stairs. They were able to fit it in and she is so happy with the job they've done. I will be using them for a quarterly carpet cleaning.
They use only a sprinkle of water and were done with a whole 1400 sqft home in 15mins! It takes me longer to vacuum the place normally. They did not wear any booties and brought dirty shoes in the home. We asked them to wear plastic bags over their dirty shoes and at the end they left the dirty plastic bags in front of my front door!
Wow, these people know what they're doing! Problem area in the dining room is no more and I have off-white carpet! They treated this area three times with no extra charge. Very polite and on time. Would hire again without hesitation.Ultimate Carpet cleaning did excellent job on my carpet
We are SO satisfied with the work these crew did on our carpet. We have cream colored carpet that was looking mostly grey with purple juice, avocado, and regular traffic stains. I'm happy to say that it's now the color it was when we moved in. Theyw were also super fast, friendly, and efficient. Our carpet dried within 24 hours.
