I applied to a bank several times for loan modification but they failed me each time. They started rejecting my applications one after another. As a result, they foreclosed on me. Eviction Defense Group is one of my best experience throughout my life. They are very good at winning cases. My problem was very complicate and almost impossible to win but they made it possible. I had a problem with my landlord that ended up with eviction and he refused to return my deposit. He wanted to keep it as a compensation. I had nothing to do since my children caused some damages at the house but that was nothing compared to me deposit. Finally, this group made my landlord to return 60% of my deposit. That was huge for me. I am thankful to this group. Highly recommended.

I had taken a home loan through mortgage. Everything was going smoothly till my repayment schedule was adhered. It was really hard to have your home foreclosed. It was harder when you raised your family in that home and then you'll have to be forced to leave. I was emotionally stressed plus the fact that I had to work harder to finance our moving out. I'm glad Eviction Defense group has given me enough time to prepare by delaying our eviction by 6 months.

This is a trustworthy company. I am glad to have known them. They saved me and my family from possibly living with a relative who looked down on us. I could just imagine how difficult it would have been. For an affordable cost, they gave us 6 more months to stay in our home that was previously foreclosed. I thought it was not possible but they did it.
