Until now, I can hardly understand how they did it. All I knew was there was something wrong with the foreclosure and they pointed out some details in the documents that made it fraudulent. As a result, the foreclosure was stopped.

I am completely satisfied with how eviction defense group handled my concern. They listened and understood my concern right from the start. They knew my budget was tight so they understood that they had to succeed. I asked them to help me delay my eviction date because I was still trying to get me a new place. It was not easy to pass the screening of landlords. I did not have good credit standing. With their efforts, they got me a 6-month extension. And last month I was able to get a new place to rent with the help of my friend’s recommendation and I’m ready to move out next week.

I had a dispute with my landlord that was not settled until we ended getting evicted. My landlord would not give my security deposit back. He was even asking for more payment for the damages to the unit. This made it harder for us to get a new place. I knew there some damages caused by my kids but its cost way lesser than my deposit.
