I recently had my floors replaced throughout my entire home. I used Factory Direct Floor to replace the hardwood throughout and the carpet on the stairs. They were fast, skilled, and entirely customer-oriented. The work was first rate the my home is transformed. I am thrilled, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

nice again(2 time) they have done a great job upstairs at my house. Their crew did a high quality job. I had 3 rooms installed , and several other little repairs(transitions)that had to be custom made. The installers showed up on time, did a great job, and were done in a timely manner(same day). I will definitely use them again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Factory Direct Floor came out for an estimate, gave me a quote "was very competitive" and I had my 1st floor (about 2000 sf installed new wood, sand, refinish with dustless machine )I have used another company in the past but Factory Direct Floor was way more superior. Thanks for the hard work and to finish on time.

They get the work done at a very reasonable cost and within a reasonable amount of time with good communication. Factory Direct Floor is so helpful and tem will make sure you are happy with your floor, was very thorough in their explanation of their process and exactly what I would get. When they came out they (crew) remained friendly and professional. The result at the end is just great floors. Thanks for the hard work and finish on time.

Factory Direct Floor and their team did an amazing job. They worked with me on every detail to include new floors, stairs, rails and Iron Ballisters. Their work was first class and they worked with me to finalize all the small details to ensure I was 100% satisfied. The floors look flat out amazing. Would definitely recommend a Factory Direct Floor Services from a quality/cost perspective.

I recently got a quote from Factory Direct floor. They said that my floor was fine. They did point out some boards that need to be replace but once they sand the floors everything was going to match and that was it !!!!!!! My wood floors look GREAT. I appreciate them trying to save my $$ and am happy to throw whatever I can their way with word-of-mouth recommendations!

My husband and I were very lucky to have found Factory Direct Floor!!!! They were very professional and mostly honest! The crew was very courteous while doing such a demanding job and kept the dust to a minimum. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a flooring service! Thanks again for the hard work!

Just had our oak floors done with this service? They also replaced the kitchen vinyl with oak to match the rest of the apartment. They did a beautiful job, were easy to work with, were timely, and did it all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
