Factory Direct Floor has friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of flooring. My carpets were installed on time by an expert installer. They did important things like adjusting doors and cleaning up well after the job.

Anyone who has been burned by unreliable contractors or has gone through a flooring renovation experience should really consider calling Factory Direct floor. I can't believe I am actually saying this but I have hired them for my 4th renovation. All of my bathrooms tiles were completed exactly as promised, on time and on budget.

My bathroom floors are the third project that Factory Direct Floor has handled for me. Once again, they delivered excellent service, attention to detail and reliable, courteous and friendly workers. My finished bathroom was beautifully executed and is stunning! My advice to anyone taking on a bathroom floors is to, not only hire Factory Direct Floor, but, for a small extra fee, hire their bathroom design expert, They were awesome!
