TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We brought our Maltese puppy in to get a puppy cut style and we even brought in a picture of this cut and specifically said we didn't want our dog shaved. When we picked her up, they completely shaved her and she didnt even look like the same dog, the cut was very choppy and looked like an amateur cut her.
I called later that day to complain and left a message; I called back again on Tues. a.m. to speak to the owner, which she wasn't available. I spoke to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that we provided a service and sometimes you don't always get what you want. My complaint was that it wasn't at all what we asked for and that they should have called us before they made that decision on their own. THAT WAS WRONG and a BIG MISTAKE. You don't take the liberty to completely shave a dog when the owner specifically requested they don't want that.
This is suppose to be a professional establishment, claiming to be an award winning pet...
