Jefferson Court Apartments in Northwest, Seattle is not a great place to live. The manager's are lazy and rude. The building is old, the laundry room is dirty and the machines doesn't work. The fire alarm goes off a lot mostly at night and early morning, the crime is high, the place smells and it's got mold and bugs. The city had to get the lazy managers Caleb and tenatya to clean it up.
