About us
Nikko Cosmetic Surgery Center is a cosmetic practice located in the heart of Houston, TX. The, center was founded by Dr. Anthony Nikko, a board-certified Dermatologist and skilled Cosmetic Surgeon. With his skillset, he is able to offer an array of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, liposuction, dermal fillers, and more. Dr. Nikko earned his Medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. Dr. Nikko then went on to further his education with both an internal medicine internship and specialty training in dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine. He also completed fellowship training in cosmetic surgery with specialization in aesthetic surgery of the face and body. Dr. Nikko and his professional team of staff work diligently to perform safe quality cosmetic care.

I wanted to get rid of my saddlebags, which refused to shrink no matter how much pilates I did! I was at my wit's end until my sister told me to call Nikko Cosmetic Surgery Center and consider liposuction. Dr. Nikko had done my sister's tummy tuck, which looks really good. She had healed pretty quickly, and she can wear her bikini again so I was pretty impressed. So I went ahead and got my consultation, and I decided that Dr. Nikko was the right doctor for me. I was a good candidate because I exercised regularly and wasn't overweight. The healing process was fairly quick for me, and the saddlebags are gone! I'm very happy with the results, and it's been 3 months so far. The only drawback I would say is the price, but then again, what kind of quality would you expect from a discount doctor?

After I had my 3rd baby, I was feeling pretty depressed. I wanted to get my body back, but it was much harder now that I was 33. I worked out 4 times a week but the flab on my tummy just wouldn't budge. My boobs look deflated from the breast feeding, and I felt that I looked older than I actually was. So I called Dr. Nikko and went to his Houston office for my consultation. He said I was a good candidate, but he also discussed if I was willing and able to follow after care instructions after the surgery. I told him no problem, and afterwards we discussed the treatments I wanted which was breast implants through my belly button (I figured he was already going to be there) and a tummy tuck.
