My car was hit by a driver that claimed to have Commerce Insurance on his vehicle. It has been 7 weeks since my car was hit and Commerce claims they can not get ahold of the driver. My insurance (Progressive) got a statement from the driver but Commerce says they have not been able to. Soemthing is not right - I would be very weary of this company.
