TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a customer of the owners location in Harlem for 5 years. I drop my laundry off here on a regular basis for wash and fold. I understand that from time to time you may have a sock missing from your laundry. The last time I took my laundry there the sweatsuit top to my juicy couture sweats was not in the laundry with their matching bottoms when it was returned to me. When I complained to the person behind the counter he didn't seem to concerned. He offered to pay me for half of it and I asked him to just try and locate it. I left a detailed description. The next time I went into the laundromat they flat out refused to do my laundry because they said i didn't trust them and if I wanted it done I would have to do it myself. The sheer lack of respect for a customer who has been loyal for 5 years was mind blowing. DO NOT have them do your laundry because if anything happens to it they will blame YOU!
