Originally built in 1961, 1718 Summit was likely built in anticipation of people flocking to Seattle for the World’s Fair and introduction of the Space Needle in 1962. This property is perfectly located in a residential district of Capitol Hill and offers excellent access to downtown (about a 5 minute walk!), bus lines and Seattle University.
