1st Step Carpet is a family owned, locally operated carpet cleaning service company based in Lawrenceville, GA, and serving Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. We’ve been involved in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry for over 25 years. After serving in the U.S. Army and moving to Georgia, the founders started working for a small carpet cleaning franchise, which helped us to learn the basics to become a carpet cleaning service company owner.
