Let me begin this review by saying that I absolutely love Newport and all of its restaurants and dive bars equally...except for this one. Like the sails on the boats that rise high above the wharf, 22 Bowens rises above the competition. Just jib your way off of Americas Cup Avenue onto Bowens and you'll instantly see the magestic water surrounding the wharf as you sail into the restaurant. With everything from delicious steaks to a sea of wines, Bowen's has it all. The seafood is delicious, from the lobster to the clams and yes, they even have yams there is something for everyone of all ages at 22 Bowens. If you're from New England Bowen's is an absolute MUST HAVE meal and if you're not, well, I'm done writing. Sail on over!
