I got 2.80 ct. multi-shape diamond eternity wedding band for my wife for our 5th anniversary. My wife fell in love with the ring, the ring was crafted perfectly. I can say it was FLAWLESS. Since I requested gift wrap, it came in a very nice jewelry box with a red ribbon on top. Five yrs ago, I got engagement ring from 25karats as well. The ring has a super quality & no aging at all. Went a bunch of jewelry stores to buy wedding bands, but decided not to use store. In some the Manager did not try to accomodate, or the staffs were so annoying no! Enough! You can find better quality for less $$$ online. So decided to do it at home by myself. If you know your finger size online shopping is less stressful and cheap!25karats did it well! Even I didn't really like their website, their service is excellent. They should Fantastic sale quick delivery to UK! Items as described, i get all I requested. Thank you very much!

25karats LLC in Midtown Center, Manhattan service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. Our interaction with 25karats.com has been amazing from the earliest days we were still shopping. My beautiful engagement ring was just came. I am kind of picky, but knew what I was looking for. However, all the other places I looked for the ring didn't quite measure up to what I had in mind. I was kind of care about the metal of the ring. And I read some reviews that 25karats have a careful consideration about the metals, glad that reviews were right. These guys have also an incredible selection of rings in all the popular metals, and when I found the setting I had been looking for, in Palladium no less, I was delighted! I used Live Chat on 2 different occasions (same operator both times) and he answered all my questions, and helped clarify some of the diamond choices I was interested in. (I also was surprised that the GIA certificates for the individual diamonds are available to view online while you're trying to choose a stone, which assured us that we were getting a good value in our choice.) He also sent me a set of ring sizer, to ensure I was ordering the correct size. After the order was placed, 25karats contacted my fiance to confirm the order, and he was kept informed along the way as to when the stone was being set, when it was being shipped, and when it should arrive, just in time for Valentine's Day! Their service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. The diamond is gorgeous. I am beyond thrilled with these folks, and would definitely recommend them highly.

25karats LLC in Midtown Center, Manhattan is amazing! I love the ring, it's exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with it! Thank you so much!!! I actually ordered this ring to wear with my wedding set after my wedding in a few months – I wanted something really simple and slim so that it fit along with both my wedding band/engagement ring (and I have super small hands), and I wanted something incorporating garnets (my fiance's birthstone), and this looks perfect with my set!!! I loved the idea of having an eternity band with the stones going all the way around the ring too, which you can't really find in many stores (with any stone) in anything under than a size 6 – I guess the manufacturers just don't make them that small.

Very professional service! We were in New York for a week and wanted to see some jewelers for our wedding bands. I went there with my fiance. Seeing the rings in person matters for us, so we are glad 25karats.com had a location here. Staff was very friendly. We felt at home while asking some questions and getting advice. Great experience overall. And they shipped our rings to our Texas address in a week. It's a gorgeous set!
