About us
2nd Chance Clinic began in 2012 when three doctors recognized a need in their Lexington community and opened a small office to help patients and their loved ones with opiate addiction. Today, our team has grown and we have expanded into a 15,000 square foot location to better serve our clients with a variety of treatment options.
